My current aims are to build a cardio Vascular base which at the moment is just doing plenty of running, not to many sessions and the odd race thrown in for a hard work out. My aim is to be fit for the County champs and the End of Jan through to end of Feb for all the cross country races.
I do not count millage but for this purpose I will total up a rough estimate of the week.
Mon - AM 55mins (8) Steady run
PM 55mins (9) Progressive run - Start of slow and speed up through the run finishing fast
Tue - AM 6 X 2K 6.28, 6.25, 6.30, 6.30, 6.30, 6.30, - Was hoping to go a bit faster (WU/CD - 12mile)
Wed - PM 90mins (13)
Thursday - AM 45min (6) Legs still blowing from Tuesday)
PM 50min (7) Finishing fast
Friday - AM 70Min (10)
Sat - AM 41mins (6) Nice and easy
PM Chiltern League Cross country Race, Watford Finished 8th Suffered on the hills. Aim was to have a hard run on tired legs, achieved. (10 - wu/cd)
Sun AM - 1HR 50min (17)
Rough Total For the Week, 98 Miles
